Adipurush Twitter review: Netizens up in arms against Om Raut for poor depiction of Prabhas, horrendous VFX and below-par story-telling

Adipurush is one of the most awaited films in recent times. The film directed by Om Raut was released today with a solid occupancy all over its areas of releases. The film is done with its morning shows and there are diverse reactions Hardcore fans of Prabhas are furious with Om Raut for showcasing Prabhas in a very bad manner.

One of the fans said that there is no Prabhas in the film and only his VFX version has been showcased. "Disaster VFX & Making. Prabhas is expressionless as Ram. ROFL Fight scenes. BGM, Songspk. ‘Ultra Modern’ Ravana & gang look funny. No proper drama/emotions. Bad Direction. Lengthy; Pathetic Climax. Forgettable Cartoon experience. WORST" he posted.

The film is receiving mixed reviews on day one. Some are liking the film big time but the rest are not that impressive. Some feel that Om Raut has made a joke of Ramayana by showcasing it in a modern day avatar. But most of the tweets from Telugu states are about Prabhas' looks in the one. "I thought Prabhas had the worst look in Saaho, Radhe Shyam beat that. Now Adipurush has the worst looks of all." he posted.

Yet another factor for which the film is being trolled is the VFX part. There are a majority of the audience who are not happy with the VFX part. "After watching visuals coming out of Adipurush, My respect for Ramananda sagae has gone up 100x,26 years ago, without any technology and limited resources, he created magic." posted one ardent fan. This is pathetic.

But all this has not stopped the film from making a blazing start at the box office. When it comes to Telugu, the film has taken a staggering opening in Telugu states. 90% of the tickets have been sold out in all the multiplexes across the two states. The ticket rates have been hiked but still the Adipurush euphoria is in full swing and audiences from every age group are watching the film.
