Adipurush: Prabhas's strong decision saved him from becoming a laughing stock with the audience, deets inside

Adipurush has become a major talking point ever since the film released on June 16, 2023. The film's collections have fallen flat except for a few areas like Hyderabad. The period drama is seeing decent occupancy in the city of Hyderabad as a number of shows on Sunday have gone housefull.

On the other hand, news has come out that Om Raut had initially planned to make Adipurush as two parts. When he approached Prabhas with the same offer, the star hero strongly declined the proposal and asked Om to make the film only as one part. Right from the beginning, Prabhas was not happy with the film and this was clearly seen on the day of the teaser launch where Prabhas was seen confronting Om Raut in an angry manner.

The film is being humiliated by one and all and mostly Om Raut is getting flak for making a mockery of Ramayana with Adipurush. Saif Ali Khan played Ravana in this film and the manner in which he was showcased in a dark tone has also not gone well with many.  The fans of Prabhas in Telugu states are furious that Prabhas got a cold shoulder and Saif Ali Khan was given more importance in the film.

The only solace was Kriti Sanon, who looked beautiful as Sita Devi. Ajay Atul's music was also appreciated big time and how well the film holds its fort in the days to come is the biggest question. For now, Prabhas turning down the offer of the film being made into two parts has surely saved him from a bigger humiliation.
