Adipurush: Makers spend a whopping 12 crores for one scene featuring Prabhas

Adipurush is one film that has caught the imagination of everyone as it is based on Ramayan. Prabhas and Kriti Sanon play lead roles in this film which has been directed by Om Raut. The film's shoot is already done and the post-production is in full swing to meet the release deadline of 16th June 2023.

Now, one of the team members of Prabhas has revealed to us that the makers spent a whopping 12 crores for just one scene in the film. Going into details, this scene is going to be the transformation of Prabhas as Lord Ram and comes at a very special juncture in the film. So director Om Raut went all out and made it quite special for the audience, says the source.

Adipurush was supposed to release in January this year but was postponed at the last minute due to the VFX part. The makers needed more time to get the graphics part right as the teaser was trolled heavily. The makers are busy with these aspects and will start the promotional activities soon.

On the other hand, Prabhas does not want to take any risk and has asked the makers of his other films not to release any promotional material until his film Adipurush comes out. The film has been made on a mammoth budget and has the backing of the government as it is based on Ramayan. Only time will tell how the film will be received by the audience.
