Adipurush, a retelling of the epic Ramayana, helmed by Om Raut, starring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh, Saif Ali Khan as Lord Ram, Sita, Laxman and Ravana, is set to hit screens worldwide across multiple languages on June 16. With barely a month left for its release, several promotional events are being planned across the country. Now, the composers of song Ajay-Atul are set to perform Jai Shri Ram live at an event. With live orchestra accompanied by more than 30 chorus singers, they’ll render the Adipurush number at a grand event in Mumbai. Ramajogaiah Sastry has penned the lyrics for the same.

A source from the team shares that the entire unit of Adipurush believes Jai Shri Ram is the soul of the film. The team has planned a unique song launch in Mumbai. While the conventional norm is to screen the song for the fans and media, Jai Shri Ram will be launched through a live performance. The full version of the track will be out on May 20.
