Adhyayan Suman ‘felt like a dog’ in Bollywood: Casting directors woke me up at odd times to party with biggies

Adhyayan Suman felt like a dog while he was working in Bollywood movies. The actor has claimed that there were times when casting directors woke him up at odd times in order to party with biggies. Adhyayan was trying to balance out not hurting their egos and yet, not feeling miserable but one always overweighed on the other.

While talking to Hindustan Times, Adhyayan revealed there were people who advised him to attend parties. “Mere party karne se kaam kaise mil jayega?,” he questioned.

Although many advised him to party, Adhyayan was certain about one thing – that not everyone is invited. “If you are a nobody and haven’t done something big yet, they are not going to invite you,” he started. The actor-singer then said that either someone who is very successful gets invited to the party or a childhood friend of a star kid can chill around these Bollywood biggies.

There were casting directors, who would call him at odd hours to attend those parties, Adhyayan claimed. “I’ve had casting directors calling me at 2am and saying, ‘Abhi aaja uthkar,” the actor shared. He then revealed that he actually attended those parties because he was desperate for work and to ‘not hurt the fragile egos.’ “Because if you deny them, you are hurting their fragile egos,” he said.

Adhyayan Suman has worked in many Bollywood films. His most memorable one remains Raaz – The Mystery Continues. He was then seen in Jashnn and Heartless. The actor was also a part of Dulquer Salmaan-Sunny Deol’s Chup: Revenge of an Artist.
