Actress Rukmini Maitra nurtures the dream of chasing the legends like Suchitra Sen and Madhubala

Ever since her debut, Rukmini Maitra has done lots of different types of characters. Especially in 2023, the actress portrayed a number of significant characters, including Satyabati in the film Byomkesh O Durgo Rohoshyo and Nati Binodini. She has completed working with Jeet in Boomerang and then she will be playing Draupadi in Ram Kamal Mukherjee’s film. Evidently, she has been going through a good phase in her career and she deserves to dream something big.

On Sunday, Rukmini shared a photo in which she sit in front of hall-of-fame actresses – Suchitra Sen, Nargis, Madhubala, and Nutan. Rukmini is seen wearing jeans and a tee shirt. There is a script lying next to her, but she does not seem to pay any attention to it. She is rather looking at those photos and smiling softly. Rukmini captioned, “Dreams.” 

The actress has been extremely busy with her work. Sources close to Tollywood say that she is working immensely hard to fulfill her dreams. She took dance and acting training for Binodini. After that, she will go through training for Draupadi. She passed with her performance as Satyabati in Byomkesh O Durgo Rohoshyo. The halls showing the film are hanging houseful boards.
