Abar Proloy-actor Saswata Chatterjee gets back on TV?

Many years ago, Saswata Chatterjee started his journey as an actor through television. Now, as he is all geared up to bring Proloy-fame Animesh Dutta on Zee5 in Raj Chakraborty’s web series, Abar Proloy, the actor will make an appearance on TV. The web series will be released on August 11. 

This is not a full-fledged return on TV and rather a promotional means for Abar Proloy. Saswata will be seen as Animesh Dutta from the series helping another cop in the serial Jagaddhatri. In the serial, Jagaddhatri, aka Jyas Sanyal, portrays the character of a police officer. The promo shows that she has gone to the seaside to solve a case. There, she takes on the avatar of Sankat Nashini (The Crisis Remover) and firmly vows to free her husband Swayambhu from danger.

In this state, Saswata enters to assist her. A glimpse has already been revealed by the channel. This series will be broadcasted on August 11. How Saswata assists him will be shown at that time.
