Abar Bibaho Obhijaan trailer: Anirban, Ankush, Priyanka, and others present slapstick comedy in Bengali style

Birsa Dasgupta directed Bibaho Obhijaan in 2019. The comedy features Anirban Bhattacharya, Rudranil Ghosh, Ankush, Sohini Sarkar, Priyanka Sarkar, and Nusrat Faria. After the success of the film, the makers announced a sequel, Abar Bibaho Obhijaan, in 2022. The sequel is directed by Soumik Halder. This time, Montu Pilot-actor Sourav Das also joined the team. The shooting took place at the end of 2022 in Thailand. 

The trailer for the sequel was released on Sunday. IKt shows the male characters trying to fix a fun trip in Thailand to escape from their female counterparts. The announcement video and poster were also released, and in it, the couples can be seen being astounded by their husbands' acts. The trailer starts with Anirban, aka Ganesh’s tryst with vlogging. As it seems, the character may present a sarcastic take on the vloggers. Like its previous film, the sequel also appears loud and vibrant with colour. Comedy is its forte and it is to be seen if the comedy can win viewers' hearts.    

The film is set to release on June 8. Like its original film, Rudranil Ghosh wrote the screenplay of the sequel also. Jeet Gannguli has composed some blockbuster music for the film.
