Aavesham Box Office Collection Day 1 – Fahadh Faasil’s action comedy gets a massive opening worldwide

Aavesham Box Office Collection Day 1: The action-comedy film, which features Fahadh Faasil in the lead role, had its theatrical release on April 11, 2024. The Jithu Madhavan directorial, which has the National Award-winning actor in a never-seen-before avatar, has been receiving excellent reviews from both audiences and critics. As per the reports, Aavesham made a massive opening collection at the worldwide box office on Day 1. The movie has collected over Rs. 3.5 crore at the Kerala box office alone.

According to recent updates from trade experts, Aavesham has made a massive box office opening. Fahadh Faasil’s action comedy has been experiencing an extraordinary rush at the theatres, thanks to the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Interestingly, the Jithu Madhavan directorial has collected over Rs. 3.5 crore from the Kerala box office alone on its release day. The all-India collection stands at Rs. 4.25 crore. Aavesham collected Rs. 6.32 crore from the overseas box office. The total worldwide opening collection of the movie has reportedly exceeded Rs.10.57 crore.

Thus, the Fahadh Faasil starrer has also emerged as the opening day winner among the three Vishu films that hit theatres on April 11, 2024. Interestingly, Aavesham has now also emerged as the National Award-winning actor’s biggest solo box office opening yet. The massive audience rush, exceptional reviews, word-of-mouth publicity, and added extra shows across Kerala ensure that Aavesham is now gearing up for an extraordinary first weekend at the box office. In that case, the movie might also emerge as the Vishu winner of 2024.

For the uninitiated, Fahadh Faasil plays the central character Ranga, a Malayali-Kannadiga gangster from Bangalore in Aavesham. The Jithu Madhavan directorial revolves around three college students named Aju, Bibi, and Shanthan, who come across Ranga after some unforeseen incidents, and how the encounter changes their lives forever. Fahadh, as always, has highly impressed the cine-goers with his brilliant performance as the ruthless gangster in the movie, which is now on its way to emerge as the fifth blockbuster of Malayalam cinema in 2024.
