Not the first recognition for Aattam

Letterboxd's ranking of the top 25 highest-rated feature films as of June 30, 2024 featured five Malayalam films. Aavesham, Bramayugam, Manjummel Boys, and other films are included in the list, with Aattam coming in at number ten. The Vinay Forrt-starrer recently won another award on the global level. The compelling drama won the Fipresci-India Grand Prix for best 2023 Indian film after making its theatrical debut in January. Ahead of its theatrical release, it had screened at several film festivals across the nation and garnered a tonne of positive reviews from viewers.
