Aashram actor Bobby Deol expresses gratitude towards fans for loving show and his portrayal of Baba Nirala

Aashram is one of the most popular OTT shows today. The MX Player recently released Season 3 of the show and it appears it is gaining as much popularity as it did for the first two seasons. The show, directed by Prakash Jha, is led by Bobby Deol, who plays the role of a womanising Godman, Baba Nirala in the show. 

The actor Deol has been receiving much praise and appreciation for the show yet again for his portrayal of the character. A part of the OTTplay review reads: "Bobby Deol finally appears as Baba Nirala and he nails his first appearance as someone who lusts over Pammi. He has proven himself as an actor once again, especially during his dialogue with Bhopa."

Deol recently expressed his gratitude to his fans for appreciating and loving his character on the show. Speaking to Bollywood Hungama at the IIFA Awards, he said, "Kabhi kabhi lagta hai ki sach-moch mein aisi cheezein ho rahi hai ya nahi. I am just grateful to my fans and the love I am getting from them.”

The actor is also happy to be a part of the IIFA Awards night. He said the IIFA is happening after two years and people from across the country are attending the event to show their love for Hindi cinema and the industry. He also thanked the organisers for organising the show.

Apart from Bobby Deol, the show Aashram also stars Anupriya Goenka, Darshan Kumar, and Tridha Choudhary, among others. The show’s third season premiered on June 3.
