You may love him or hate him, but just cannot ignore him. We are talking about Sikandar Kher, whose performance in the just released Aarya 3, has been extremely appreciated. In an exclusive interview with OTTplay, Sikandar Kher speaks about the series’ director Ram Madhvani and his unique method of shooting.

How would you describe the experience of working with Ram Madhvani was…
First, as a human being, I'm just grateful to the universe that our (Ram Madhvani’s and mine) paths have crossed. And I met him. Honestly speaking, I simply love him, adore him and respect him immensely. Secondly, Ram is such a wonderful human being and there are so many things to learn from him. He is a pioneer in his own way. He had even come up with a very unique way of shooting, which is called ‘360 degrees’!

360 degrees? Sounds interesting! What is that?
Well… That's Ram Madhvani for you! Actually, he had invented that method of shooting technique. One has to see the technique to understand the finesse that he gets to the table. There are very few people like that. Ram is someone who really brings out the best in a lot of aspect. Even though he is the director, he is also a leader who leads like with inspiration. To tell you the fact, Ram is not at all like a boss! He just keeps everyone happy and cares about people's happiness.

On a scale of 1-10, can you please rate your progress as an actor from your debut film to Aarya 3?
Just like many of us, I, too, am a very self-critical person. Like if you've ever recorded your voice on an answering machine, and when you hear your voice, you must be wondering what sound is that! But you learn with practice and time. If you are constantly doing it, it only just gets better and your brain gets sharper. You have to be dedicated and you have got to be in it. It's not as easy as it sounds. But, trust me when I say that, it is the most fulfilling thing in the world to just have the camera roll, and you give a shot.
