Aamir Khan's daughter, Ira Khan, will soon marry her fiancé Nupur Shikhare. Their grand wedding is set to take place on January 8, 2024, in Udaipur. Five days before their special day, Ira and Nupur will reportedly register their marriage on January 3. According to an India Today report, Ira and Nupur's court marriage will happen tomorrow between 2 to 4 pm. The couple will apparently also host a reception later in the day.

The media report suggests Ira and Nupur will register their marriage at the court in Mumbai tomorrow (January 3). It is likely to be followed by a reception party that will take place at Taj Lands End in Bandra, Mumbai. Only their close friends and family members will be a part of the ceremony.

Later, Aamir's daughter and Nupur will reportedly leave for Udaipur, where their grand wedding is planned. It will take place on January 8. Again, their Udaipur wedding will be followed by a grand reception party in Mumbai on January 13. This reception party is expected to be attended by the who's who of Bollywood.

Last year, in an interview with News18, Aamir Khan confirmed his daughter Ira's wedding. The actor said, "Ira is getting married on January 3. The boy she has chosen is - waise toh pet name unka naam Popoye hai (his pet name is Popeye) — he is a trainer, he has arms like Popoye but his name is Nupur. He is a lovely boy." Khan even revealed that Nupur stood by Ira when she was in depression and provided emotional support to her.
