Actor Prithviraj Sukumaran's wife, Supriya Menon, is seen in a recent video leaving a Kochi theatre after seeing his most recent movie, Aadujeevitham. The former journalist was asked about her reaction to the movie, to which she replied that she needed to go home to see the actor because she was emotional after watching the survival thriller.
Supriya was spotted avoiding the online media people who were waiting outside the theatre, eager to know her response after she saw the movie at Shenoys, a popular theatre in Kochi. Throughout the clip, it seems like they were asking her questions continuously about her reaction to the Blessy directorial, but all she said was, "I just finished watching the movie. I want to go home and see Raju first."
Supriya is usually spotted in Kochi watching Prithviraj's latest films on their first day of theatrical release. After watching Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire in Kochi, she spoke to online media platforms, complimenting her husband's performance.
Prior to Aadujeevitham's theatrical release, Supriya Menon showered a lot of praise on Prithviraj's labour and dedication to the film. In an Instagram post, she described her husband's evolution into Najeeb for the survival thriller.
Prithviraj had to make a number of compromises for the film, which she detailed. These included losing weight, going without food for several days, forfeiting his chance to work in other languages, and being away from his family during the trying Covid-19 pandemic.
She wrote, “Through it all, you maintained focus, this was the journey you chose to undertake for the sake of art and all that it stood for you.”
Supriya added, “I have only one thing to say, the dedication that you show is unparalleled and unmatched in my eyes. And I wish you all the success and love from the people at large who watch this beautiful piece of art.”
Prithviraj Sukumaran’s highly anticipated film of 2024, Aadujeevitham, made it to theatres across the country today (March 28). Without special screenings or early-morning fan previews, the Malayali audience responded favourably to the movie with excellent reviews after its premiere. Following its advance screenings in Tamil Nadu and Telangana, the movie received good reviews. The audience gives the actor's performance in this movie high marks.
