Prithviraj Sukumaran, the popular actor-director is teaming up with senior filmmaker Blessy for Aadujeevitham, his next outing in Malayalam cinema. The highly anticipated project, which is based on Benyamin’s novel of the same name, has been slated to hit the big screens on March 28, 2024. Even though the movie was originally slated to release on April 20, this year, it is bring brought forward to March due to technical reasons.
From the first Aadujeevitham trailer and pre-release promotional videos, it has been confirmed that Prithviraj Sukumaran is set to deliver the finest performance of his career so far, in the film. In a recent interview with a leading online media outlet, producer Listin Stephen, who is also a close friend of Prithviraj, opened up about the actor’s performance in the film.
In his recent chat with a leading media channel, Prithviraj Sukumaran’s close friend and business partner, Listin Stephen, extensively spoke about the actor’s performance in the Blessy directorial. The renowned film producer revealed that he had already watched Aadujeevitham. According to Listin, the upcoming survival drama is the career-best film of its leading man, Prithviraj. The producer, who stated that he is just speaking as a normal viewer, stated that it is also going to be one of the best films from Malayalam cinema.
Interestingly, Listin Stephen also recalled his conversation with the multi-faceted talent after watching Aadujeevitham in the interview. The producer opined that it is the first film in Prithviraj Sukumaran’s career in which he did not really ‘act’. Listin also added that Aadujeevitham, which is the dream project of its director Blessy, faced a lot of challenges during its production. However, he is confident it is worth the wait.
The producer, who is also a part of the distribution team of the film, revealed that they decided to bring forward the film to March 28, as it deserves a solo release. Listin Stephen also added that the team was not willing to release the film during a busy season and wanted to avoid a massive theatrical clash with other big releases. For the uninitiated, April 10 is a big day for Malayalam cinema, as many highly awaited films including Varshangalkku Shesham and Aavesham are gearing up for their theatrical releases.
