Aadu 2 on OTT- When, where to watch Jayasurya, Midhun Manuel Thomas' superhit sequel

Director Midhun Manuel Thomas’s hit slapstick comedy, Aadu 2, will be streaming in HD on the Youtube channel of Friday Film House. The film, which was released in 2017, was not available on any OTT platforms yet.

Aadu 2 is a sequel to Aadu (2015), an adaptation of an English crime comedy film titled Snatch directed by Guy Ritchie. Aadu is available to watch on Disney+ Hotstar. Actor Vijay Babu produced both films under the banner of Friday Film House.

Despite the fact that the prequel did generate a lot of buzz in theatres, it was well received by viewers and gained a devoted fan base after its DVD release. Because of this, Aadu 2 became a highly anticipated movie in 2017 and became the biggest hit of the year.

Jayasurya, Saiju Kurup, Vinayakan, Vijay Babu, Sunny Wayne, Dharmajan Bolgatty, Bhagath Manuel, Vineeth Mohan, Indrans, Bijukuttan, Sudhi Koppa, and Harikrishnan reprised their roles in this sequel.

Fans of the film adore characters like Shaji Pappan, Arakkal Abu, SI Sarbath Shameer, Saathaan Xavier, and Damodaran Unni makan Delmen Edakochi (Dude), who never fail to make viewers laugh out loud when they watch them on TV. On various social media platforms, fans have also recreated a number of scenes from this movie.

Anson Paul, Mamukkoya, and Baiju all had significant roles in Aadu 2 in addition to this ensemble. Social media sensations and dancers Nicole Concessao and Sonal Devraj of Team Naach were featured in the film’s song Changaathi Nannaayaal.

Pannimattathil Shaji Pappan is undoubtedly the most loved and remembered character by the audience of all the roles Jayasurya has performed so far. The actor effortlessly fits into the peculiar mannerisms of the role and never fails to impress the audience with his spontaneous and spot-on delivery of humour.

In addition to being 2017’s highest-grossing movie in Malayalam, Aadu 2 was also the highest-earning Jayasurya film on its opening day.
