The story revolves around Captain, a former wrestler, sending his son Das to Punjab to pursue further education. Das is inspired to pursue wrestling after falling in love with Aditi, a champion wrestler, while he is there. But, Aditi's choice to go to Kerala in order to follow her dreams contributes to positive changes in their lives. Even though the storyline is undoubtedly focused on the sport, it also includes enough elements to make it a perfect family-friendly film.

This movie transcends being a simple sports drama and will undoubtedly not be let down by the performers, who have all given subtle and compelling performances. Throughout the entire movie, Wamiqa Gabbi's performance stole the show. The audience gave her a lot of credit for her physical efforts in the film.
