2024 has been an exceptional year for Telugu cinema. From blockbusters like Salaar to Pushpa 2, Telugu films have shattered box office records worldwide. Aganisakshi
Agnisakshi is Disney+ Hotstar's latest web series, which has Ambati Arjun and Aishwarya in lead roles. The cop drama started streaming on July 12, 2024, and received negative responses right away. The makers released four episodes of the series, and there have been no takers for this show. since then. Agnisakshi is a family drama laced into a thriller and has elements of romance as well.

Yakshini
Disney+ Hotstar fantasy series, which stars Vedhika and Rahul Vijay in the lead role was also one of the most-awaited due to the involvement of big names. But sadly, the series failed to impress and became troll material for its silly narration. Teja Marini directed this series which deals with the life of a Yakshini played by Vedhika. Manchu Lakshmi was seen in a key role but her presence also failed to give the series a push.

Vadhuvu
Vadhuvu is the Telugu remake of the Bengali show Indu and had Avika Gor in the lead role. Though the show was liked by a few, the response from other quarters was not that encouraging. Vadhuvu is about a newly married bride who enters a joint family and starts unraveling weird secrets kept by the family. Though the series starts well, the latter episode disappoints. Ali Reza also played a key role in the series.

Thulasivanam
Thulasivanam is an ETV Win web series that was produced by popular director Tharun Bhascker. The series is written and directed by Anil Reddy and stars Venkatesh Kakumanu and Akshay Lagusani in lead roles. It was slated to be an out-and-out comedy entertainer but failed to impress any. The over-the-top comedy and silly rumor disappointed one and all making this series go unnoticed.
