Nearly three years into the evolution of the Telugu OTT space, we finally have a web show, 3 Roses, that is at least making an attempt to unabashedly celebrate the spirit of womanhood and sisterhood. 3 Roses, to premiere on aha on November 12, is created by popular filmmaker Maruthi and directed by Maggie. Starring Eesha Rebba, Payal Rajput, Poorna Kasim, Prince, Satyam Rajesh, Sangeeth Shobhan and others in pivotal roles, the web show traces the journey of three contrasting urban women who're burdened by societal obligations and wish to pursue their heart's calling.
Ahead of its premiere later this week, the show creators have launched the lyrical video of the title track. Sunny M R, the composer behind films like Swamy Ra Ra and Uyyala Jampala, is scoring the music for 3 Roses. Rambabu Gosala has penned the lyrics for the number sung by Hricha Narayana. The breezy, hummable track, lasting nearly three minutes, asks all the women out there to overcome their inhibitions, break free from the clutches of the society and make their dreams come true. The best part of the number is that isn't preachy and pushes you to look at the world in a positive light.
Rambabu Gosala's lines like 'Chuttu Sankellaninka Thenchuko, Padhala Veganne Ika Penchuko, Padipothu Unna, Levalntunna, Bhayamoddu Bratikey' that tell to you to take charge of your life without the fear of falling apart, are soul of the track. Through the lyrical video, we see the show's leading ladies appearing in different avatars and get a few glimpses of the show's making, where we also notice familiar faces like director Maruthi and producer SKN, to name a few. It's a track that gets done by the time you want more of it. Yet, no complaints here!
3 Roses is written by Ravi Numburi and cinematographed by Balreddy. SB Uddav has edited the show while Vrajbala J handled the art direction team.
