Vijeta is a 2020 Indian-Marathi language film written and directed by Amol Shetge. This sports drama film revolves around Maharashtra’s athletics team who fail at the National Games held in Kerala. To get back in the game, a mind coach is appointed for the team’s betterment. Soumitra, must help the team to overcome barriers by mental training them, giving them inspiration, strengthening them from within. However he must not let his past let himself down. But does the involvement of a mental coach guarantee them victory? What happens if they lose? A lot of questions which can only be answered in the field itself. Vijeta is not about winning, it’s about dealing with failure and overcoming it and then bouncing back to win it.
