Ventilator

Written and directed by Rajesh Mapuskar & produced by Priyanka Chopra, Ventilator is a 2016 Marathi language family comedy drama starring more than 100 actors including Jitendra Joshi, Ashutosh Gowarikar & Sulabha Arya. The film won awards for Best editing, Best direction and Best sound mixing at 64th National Film Awards. Head of the Kamerkar family, Gajju Kaka goes into a coma just a few days before Ganesh Chaturthi, celebration of which is a huge ritual in their family. The family members have a lot going on in terms of interpersonal conflicts and disputes. While Gajju Kaka is on ventilator, a lot of the disputes are resolved.
