A thriller where a group of American backpackers finds themselves stranded in a remote Brazilian town after a bus accident. Before long, they find out they are being hunted by some criminals carrying out an underground organ-harvesting operation. As the group experiences terrifying and life-threatening situations, they must fight to survive while making very personal choices that would haunt them forever. Are they saved from these horrors, or do they become the next in the line of victims of this sinister plot?
