Thalaikoothal is a Tamil family drama directed by Jayaprakash Radhakrishnan. Set in a village, this movie shows the values and traditions followed by the people that reside there and their custom-set beliefs that make their life different from other sections of the society. The film stars Samuthirakani, Kathir, Vasundhara, Katha Nandi, Kalaichelvan, Vaiyapuri, Murugadoss, Vishrutha, Suhasini Sanjeev and Ravi Kathiresan in prominent roles.
