Shakti, rule over the smuggling mafia in his young age with the help of his loyal car driver (shankar Nag). Bharath kumar (inspector) who is under cover police officer who puts his effort to reveal the secreats and stop the illegal smuggling activities conduct by Shakti. But unfortunately Bharath(inspector) comes to know that Shakti is none other than his best college friend Gopi and he tries to stop him but fails. However, Shakti takes revenge against all his enemies in underworld and surrender himself to the law.
