Saani Kaayidham

The crime drama film follows the devastating story of Ponni, a constable whose five-year-old daughter Dhanna and husband Mari are killed by upper-caste employers. Ponni, along with her stepbrother Sangaiya, tries to avenge their deaths when they fail to get justice from the law. The film stars Keerthy Suresh as Ponni and K. Selvaraghavan as Sangaiya with Murugadass, Lizzie Antony, Kanna Ravi, Kanna Ravi and Akhilesh in supporting roles. Directed and written by Arun Matheswaran, the cinematography is by Yamini Yagnamurthy.
