Road To Sangam

A devout muslim, Hasmatullah (Paresh Rawal), is a mechanic residing in Uttar Pradesh. He is asked to repair an old lorry, but what he does not know is that the vehicle once transported one of the twenty cremation urns with the ashes of Mahatma Gandhi. He takes on the job, but situation gets complicated when he finds out the truth behind the urns and decides to transport the last remains of Gandhiji. His community stands against his mission. What will Hasmatullah do in this time of unrest?
