Resident Evil

"Resident Evil" (2002) is a horror-action film directed by Paul W. S. Anderson, based on the popular video game of the same name. The story follows Alice, played by Milla Jovovich, a security operative working for the Umbrella Corporation, who wakes up with amnesia in a secret underground laboratory known as The Hive. Along with a team of soldiers led by James Shade, played by Colin Salmon), they must navigate their way through a series of deadly traps and fight off hordes of genetically mutated zombies created by the T-virus, a deadly virus accidentally unleashed by Umbrella.
