Raundal

In a rural village in Maharashtra, a young short-tempered farmer who is highly adept at growing his produce faces one grave problem that threatens his livelihood. He is unable to sell what he grows. TIred of this inability, the farmer decides to more drastic means to sell his produce fighting a one-man battle against a corrupt conglomeration of sugar mill owners. Raundal is a Marathi action thriller drama film directed by Gajanan Nana Padol, produced by Bhoomika Films and Entertainment along with Rise Entertainment. Bhausaheb Shinde, Neha Sonwane, Yashraj Dimbale, Surekha Dimbale, Shivraj Walvekar, Sanjay Lakade, Ganesh Deshmukh, Sagar Lokhande and Mangesh Bhimraj Jondhale play prominent roles in the film. The film's commercial success in the box office made it the eighth highest grossing Marathi film of 2023 and prompted a Hindi remake to be out soon. The film's music is composed by Harsshit Abhiraj, along with a background score by Rohit Nagbhide.
