Pulival Kalyanam is a 2003 Indian Malayalam - language film that is directed by Shafi and written by Udayakrishna-Siby K. Thomas. This is a romantic comedy film that stars Jayasurya, Kavya Madhavan, Lal, Lalu Alex, Salim Kumar, Cochin Haneefa, Harisree Ashokan and Jagathy Sreekumar. The film was remade in Kannada by the name Chellata. The film follows the life of Harikrishnan. He is an adopted younger brother of Karunan. Harikrishnan decides to take care of the family after Karunan loses his right hand in an accident. Meanwhile, Hari meets a girl named Ganga in a bank and their mobile phones get exchanged accidently. following this, they start to get misleading calls.
