Written, directed and produced by Jeff Chan and Andrew Rhymer, the 2019 American film stars Betas (2013-2014) actor Maya Erskine and The Boys (2019-) Jack Quaid. The film won the Narrative Audience Award at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2019. The romantic comedy revolves around two people, Ben King and Alice Mori, who’ve been close friends since college. Since they’re both single, they decide to become each other's plus-ones to avoid feeling left out during weddings. Things take an unexpected twist as they navigate the wedding season. Apart from Erskine and Quaid, the rest of the cast includes Ed Begley Jr., Rosalind Chao, Beck Bennett, Finn Wittrock, Jon Bass, Jessy Hodges, Emma Bell, Perrey Reeves and Jeff Ward, along with Maya Kazan, Allan Havey, Tom Virtue, Felisha Cooper, Tim Chiou, Max Jenkins, Anna Konkle and Brianne Howey.
