Pink

Pink is a 2016 Indian Hindu - language social thriller film. It is directed by Aniruddha Roy Chawdhary, written by Ritesh Shah and stars Amitabh Bachchan, Tapsee Pannu, Kriti Kulhari and Andrea Tariang. Three men – Raunak, Vishvajyoti and Rajveer reach the hospital with Rajveer’s head bleeding and at the same time three women – Minal, Falak and Andrea reach their home in a disturbed state. The two situations seemed connected. It is revealed that the men tried to rape the girls but they managed to run away. The girls try to file a complaint but nobody is ready to write their complaint. They are told that this will only tarnish their image. In order to threaten Minal, the men kidnap her and harass her. They drop her at her apartment at night in a traumatised state. Deepak, an old man witnesses all this but is unable to help. A few days later, Minal is wrongly accused and arrested. Deepak comes forward as a retiring lawyer and helps her for bail. The three women decide to fight back and Deepak offers to be their lawyer. He vows to get the girls justice even after everybody including the law is against them just because Rajveer has some political connections.
