Parineeta

Parineeta is a 2019 Indian-Bengali language film directed by Raj Chakraborty. It is a revenge love drama film which follows the story of Mehul, a teenager, who takes a liking to her neighbour who also tutors her. However, Mehul’s life changes due to an action her tutor takes. Her tutor is an exceptional person who is liked by everyone in the neighbourhood for his nature. When her tutor commits suicide under mysterious circumstances, Mehul is torn. She must find out the reason, as she and her tutor share a bond indescribable. The film received critical acclaim, however had mixed audience reviews.
