Palasher Biye

Palasher Biye is a Bengali romantic comedy film that follows Palash, a young man coming from a traditional joint family in North Kolkata — whose grandmother wishes to see him married before her demise. Palash ends up falling in love with Shalini, whose culture and lifestyle is a complete opposite of what Palash's family stands for. Directed by Premendu Bikash Chaki, the film features performances from Mimi Chakraborty, Somraj Maity, Alokananda Roy, Biswajit Chakraborty, Anjana Basu, Dolon Roy, and Subhrajit Dutta.
