Paappan

Written by R.J. Shaan, the Malayalam crime thriller drama is directed by Joshiy and produced by David Kachappilly and Raaffi Mathirra. The plot revolves around a murder case, which forcibly reinstates Abraham Mathew Mathan a voluntarily retired superintendent of police from the Crime Branch to investigate the unsolved crime and unravel the mystery behind the case. Played by the infamous Thalastaanam (1992) and Varane Avashyamund (2020) actor Suresh Gopi, Mathan is also known as Paappan. Apart from Suresh Gopi, the case includes Gokul Suresh, Nyla Usha, Neeta Pillai, Asha Sharath, Kaniha, Vijayaraghavan, Shammi Thilakan, Janardhanan, Dayyana Hameed and Nandhu, along with Tini Tom, Rahul Madhav, Chandhunadh, Jewel Mary, Sadhika Venugopal, Abhishek Raveendran, Maala Parvathi, Sreejith Ravi, Rosin Jolly and Nandhu Pothuval, among others.
