Mastaney

This is a Punjabi-language historical war drama set in 1739. When Nadar Shah's tyrannical and overpowering army is threatened by Sikh rebels, he is rattled. In order to squash the rebellions, Shah tries everything in his capacity but fails. Eventually, he hires four ordinary men to disguise themselves as rebels and enter the Silk movement. They agree, but the involvement with the Sikh rebels exposes them to the revolution. Will they take history into their own hands? Mastaney is written and directed by Sharan Art and stars Tarsem Jassar, Simi Chahal, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Karamjit Anmol, Baninder Bunny, Honey Mattu, Rahul Dev, Avtar Gill, Arif Zakaria, Inder Manuke and Gunveen Manchanda play prominent roles in the drama.
