Josh Primm finds it difficult to adapt to his new school and the people he meets after he moves to New York City with his parents. Things take a turn when he discovers Lyle— a singing crocodile in the attic of his new house. With the screenplay by William Davies, the heartwarming story shows us how family can be found in places you wouldn’t expect. Directed by Will Speck and Josh Gordon, the live-action/animated musical comedy film is based on the eponymous children’s story by Bernard Waber. Canadian singer Shawn Mendes voices Lyle, the crocodile, and the cast of the film includes Winslow Fegley, Javier Bardem, Constance Wu, Scoot McNairy, Brett Gelman and Lyric Hurd, among others.
