Luca

Luca is a 2018 Indian Malayalam film directed by Arun Bose. This is a romance drama film which follows the story of two people and their unusual love narrated through a diary, read by police officer Akbar. Akbar is investigating a case, and he finds a diary. He reads about Luca, a scrap artist who has mental and anger issues. He deals with his issues by distancing people. Niharika, one day, passes her honest remarks about Luca’s work which upsets Luca. As Akbar reads the diary he gets to know that Niharika rents a place at Luca’s place and they come closer. Before their love story can really bloom, Luca is diagnosed with 4th stage cancer. The end of the diary changes Akbar as a person and is tragic in so many ways.
