Kurangu Bommai

Kurangu Bommai, is a 2017 Tamil language crime thriller, written & directed by Nithilan Swaminathan. The movie revolves around Kathir who is the son of a cab driver in Chennai named Sundaram who is also a long time co-worker and long-time friend to Ekambaram. Ekambaram is a don in Thanjavur and is known for smuggling expensive idols and artifacts.In a series of events his father was killed and the bag he found on the station was wanted by Ekambaram and was asked to meet at Shekhar’s house. Kathir learns that the bag he lost contained his father’s ashes who was killed by Shekhar. Kathir ends up procuring the bag and killing Shekhar and avenging his father.
