Kuch Kuch Hota Hai

Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, a 1998 movie, is directed by Karan Johar, It is a romantic-comedy and drama movie. The movie starts with a little girl Anjali, who reads a letter left by her mother, Tina, played by Rani Mukerji before she dies. In her letter, Tina tells about the time when she was in college with Rahul, Anjali’s father, and Anjali(Kajol), Rahul’s best friend. While Anjali reads the letter, a flashback is shown where it reveals a love triangle between Tina, Rahul, and Anjali. In her letter, Tina urges her daughter to reunite Anjali and Rahul and their love. Later, Anjali Sharma(Kajol)is seen engaged to Aman Mehra, played by Salman Khan. Anjali Sharma meets the little Anjali at a camp, and they become friends. Even though Rahul, played by Shah Rukh Khan, meets Anjali Sharma in the camp after so long, they could feel the love, romance, and vibe between each other. Towards the end of the movie, Rahul realized that he is in love with Anjali, his best friend, hence, he intrudes on her wedding to confess his love. While he confesses his love to Anjali, she walks down towards the mandap sobbing. Aman realizes that she is still in love with Rahul and releases her from all ties, thus initiating a happy ending with Anjali and Rahul reuniting.
