Killers of the Flower Moon

Adapted from David Grann's 2017 eponymous book, this American epic Western political drama film is set in northeastern Oklahoma where oil was found on Osage tribal land in the 1920s. Following this discovery, members of the tribe were found mysteriously murdered leading to an infamous FBI investigation with a young J. Edgar Hoover and former Texas Ranger Tom White at its helm. Killers of the Flower Moon is written by Eric Roth and Martin Scorsese and directed by Martin Scorsese. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio as Ernest Burkhart, Robert De Niro, Lily Gladstone, Jesse Plemons, Tantoo Cardinal, John Lithgow, Brendan Fraser, Cara Jade Myers, JaNae Collins, Jillian Dion, Jason Isbell, William Belleau, Louis Cancelmi, Scott Shepherd and Everett Waller in prominent roles.
