Jurassic Park

Jurassic Park, a 1993 movie, is directed by Steven Spielberg, streaming on Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. It is an American-thriller laced with science fiction and action-adventure, based on the 1990 novel with the same name by Michael Crichton. The movie stars Sam Neill as Dr. Alan Grant, Laura Dern as Dr. Ellie Sattler, and Jeff Goldblum as Dr. Ian Malcolm. Dr. Alan Grant, Dr. Ellie Sattler, and Dr. Ian Malcolm are welcomed on Isla Nublar, a Costa Rican island, to visit the Jurassic park, created by Industrialist John Hammond, and certify its safety. They visit the park and learn that the cloning of dinosaurs was accomplished by extracting dinosaur DNA from mosquitoes and preserving it in amber. Later, Hammond's grandchildren, Lex and Tim Murphy join the group for a tour of the park. This movie and the book created a great deal of buzz among the people that the percentage of students got higher with a record increase in the study of paleontology.
