Jab We Met

Jab We Met, a 2007 movie, is directed by Imtiaz Ali and is a romantic-comedy and drama movie. Shahid Kapoor as Aditya Kashyap is depressed about his life, involving failure in love and family. His life entirely changes when he meets Geet on a train and both of them miss the train. Geet, played by Kareena Kapoor Khan in the role of a carefree Punjabi girl, blames Aditya for missing the train. She holds him with the responsibility of taking her to Bhatinda. Later, Geet tells him about Abhimanyu, who is the love of her life. She plans to elope from her house with Aditya. All the family members of Geet think about Aditya and Geet being in love, and they have eloped together to get married. After all this chaos and Geet reaching her destination, Aditya falls in love with Geet. Aditya is a changed man with a positive attitude, only to find out that Geet never returned to her house with Abhimanyu. Towards the end of the movie, while everyone arranges the marriage for Aditya and Geet, Abhimanyu comes back into Geet’s life. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu talks with Geet about disclosing the truth about their love for the whole family. Geet realizes that she loves Aditya and runs to stop him and confess her love by kissing him.
