Ishtam

Ishtam is a 2001 Tamil romance film starring Vimal and Nisha Aggarwal. Saravanan and Sandhya are modern individuals hailing from a city and a village respectively. They meet while going for an interview. Initially after some fights they decided to get married which their families oppose. After few months they start fighting again and get divorced. They agree comply with their parents' decision to find a new partner. But then the love between them resurfaces.
