Hum Hai Lajawaab

Amar, the son of an orthodox patriarch Thakur Karan Singh, rebels against his father and runs away with a gypsy girl. Karan Singh asks his younger son Pawan to study abroad, to which he readily agrees. He returns home as an exact copy of his father. Amar and his wife are blessed with a baby boy. Unfortunately, they pass away leaving behind their son. Amar had written a letter to his father, letting him know of the birth of his grandson. Karan Singh sends Pawan to bring back Amar’s son to their house. But a brush with the gypsy community makes him question his father's fundamental beliefs and his upbringing.
