Gajra

Gajra is a 2022 Hindi short film that revolves around a rich businessman, Mr. Agarwal, and his chauffeur Ramakanth. When Agarwal expresses his wish to visit Ramakanth's family one fine day, he learns valuable lessons on how to treat the smaller things in life with care and love. The gajra, which is a flower garland of jasmine that Indian women often adorn their hair with, that Ramakanth unfailingly brings his wife each day becomes a central metaphor that changes Agarwal's outlook towards life, family and love. Directed by Vineet Sharma, Gajra features Sachin Khedekar, Jayant Gadekar, Kshitee Jog, Gauri Batra and Sonali Kulkarni in prominent roles.
