Ellam Sheriyakum

This Jibu Jacob directorial revolves around the lives of KC Chacko and his family. Chacko, who is seen as a political patriarch, with largely centrist and orthodox views. He has toiled his entire life for this political position, and after five decades of intense party work, he is about to take over Chief Ministerial responsibilities when things go completely off-track. Ansi, his daughter, elopes with Vineeth, a young political volunteer of a Leftist party. The insult is too much to bear and father and daughter don't exchange words. Meanwhile, Ansi also becomes pregnant. 

In the next elections, most saw it as the perfect opportunity to pit the demure Vineeth against the veteran Chacko. Now the two men not only enter a combat in the professional field, but also vie for Ansi’s affections. Asif Ali plays Vineeth, Rajisha Vijayan plays Ancy and Siddique is seen as K. V. Chacko. Other cast names include Tulasi Shivamani, Indrans, Sudheer Karamana, G. Suresh Kumar, and Johny Antony as Jonson.
