D Block is a Tamil movie in the genre of psychological thriller shot in the college premises in which the central character Arulnithi has to face a mysterious threat that throws him both externally and internally. While such incidents take place, Arulnithi has to not only fear the outside threat, but also his inner demons and psychological issues. This makes for a richer, textured story because it takes into consideration something beyond the simplicity of a surface level friendship.
