A 2019 action thriller titled "Cold Pursuit" was written by Frank Baldwin and directed by Hans Petter Moland. The film is a remake of Kim Fupz Aakeson's "In Order of Disappearance" from 2014 in Norway.
After his son is killed by a drug cartel, Nels Coxman, a snowplow driver in a small Colorado ski resort, vows to exact retribution.
The mobster Viking and a rival gang leader are engaged in a turf war when Nels starts murdering cartel members one by one.
