Directed by Yogi and produced by Nallamalupu Bujji, Chintakayala Ravi is a 2008 Telugu language rom-com drama starring Anushka Shetty, Venkatesh & Mamta Mohandas. Ravi claims to be a successful software engineer in the US to his family and village back in India when the truth is that he is not. His mother sets him up for marriage with Lavanya, but she gets to know the truth from Sunita, one of her friends. Ravi comes back home and is subjected to a lot of humiliation but amidst all the chaos and insult, Sunita gets to know that he is a nice person and saved her brother too. Sunita and Ravi fall in love and end up getting married.
