Bonus

Bonus is a 2020 Indian-Marathi language film directed by Saurabh Bhave. This drama film follows the story of the young privileged Aditya Deodhar who runs the family and makes a bet which will change his life. Young Aditya lives a lavish life, and runs the family business. He decides not to give bonuses to workers as it reduces the profit margin of the company. His grandfather dislikes his decision and is against it. Aditya thinks he’s right in his place. However, to prove the young grandson wrong, the eldest member of the Deodhar family challenges Aditya to spend a whole month as a worker. If he does it, he doesn’t give the employees don’t get a bonus. He leaves his rich household and goes to work and lives as a worker, which changes his perspective towards life.
